The firm also specializes in ballot initiatives and election law. We help advocates navigate Nebraska's ballot qualification process, including the single subject rule. Daniel has drafted ballot language for several statewide campaigns, which he has successfully defended at the Nebraska Supreme Court.

In addition to civil rights and election law, the firm regularly consults with local and statewide non-profit organizations on entity formation, non-profit compliance, and contract review. We also represent individuals and companies in general litigation matters.
Case highlights
Since opening in 2022, the law firm has recovered over $1.5 million in settlement funds for victims of constitutional and state law torts; represented ballot campaign committees in direct democracy efforts throughout Nebraska; and obtained a first-of-its kind legal victory in a public records dispute.
